Seth Frightening is Sean Kelly, a Wellington based musician and co-founder of the Sonorous Circle record label. Avoiding traditional folk/pop song structures, Seth Frightening employs a combination of the traditional and the experimental to create his dreamlike mini-epics. (via.)
