Biography
I've been playing music for over 25 years. My first project was called "Shortman" and ran from 1991 to 1994. Then I recorded as "Inspector 22" from 1997 to 2015. inspector22.bandcamp.com And now it's just me, Todd W. Emmert, 2015 and beyond. This music is not for commercial use, profit or non-profit, don't use it. the hell out of it though and play it loud in your car on the way to the beach. Thank you.
