Biography

SilOHs began as a studio project for Singer/songwriter Jake Witt. Witt's
songs about lost summers in the rural Rust Belt and ghost stories from
his midwestern roots grew out of the 2009 summer sessions at Soda Form
Studio in Seattle, WA.

SilOHs' alt-country sound is a call to Midwestern revival, drenched in
reverb. This sound evolved around Witt's production informed by
Shoe-gaze ambiance and a knack for layered vocal harmonies. Band mate
and studio owner Jonas De Varona (The Uprights, Ex. Throw Me The Statue)
ed Jake on drums and bass on a couple of tracks while recording at
Soda Form. To purchase the album Silos LP on iTunes, Click on the grey
